Lisa Cole is director of development at the Public Policy Institute of California. She works with institutional leadership and staff to develop and implement fundraising and organizational development goals and related outreach activities. In this capacity, she oversees a development team that is charged with individual and corporate giving, sponsorships, and project fundraising for the institute. Before joining PPIC, she was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. She currently serves on the board of directors for SF Camerawork. She previously served as chair of the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery Advisory Board and chair of the fundraiser for La Casa de las Madres. She was a VISTA member in the San Francisco Conservation Corps. She holds a BA in English/Women's Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
