ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This briefing is the first in a four-part series, "California’s Fiscal Future,” that takes a multidimensional look at current and long-term economic issues for the state. Jed Kolko provides an update on the state’s economic conditions, examines the impact of budget crisis, and considers long-term goals. He also discusses the recommendations put forth by the California Economic Recovery Task Force, a group of state leaders recently convened by PPIC.
